The below information will assist in making your selection. Samples of each Vacation Certificate are provided so that you have all the details!
Choice Selection, Inc will mail you the actual vacation certificate based on your choice given on the Premium Gift Selection page that you mail in to our office. You must view the terms and conditions of your certificate to receive your Redemption Offer code.
These are samples only. You must send in your Premium Gift List form in order to receive an active certificate. Redemption fees range from $20 - $70.00. Taxes, airport fees, gas surcharges, deposits, port charges, and incidental charges such as tips, phone deposits, etc not covered in the vacation offer are the sole responsibility of the user.
Vacation certificates and offers are subject to change depending upon availability.
